We find that people make statements that they cannot back up with evidence of suitability, how candidates have applied skills or relevant experience. With this, there is often the overuse of clichés and passive text that does not mean anything. Candidates must think of their target audience, who is going to read the resume and grab interest by standing out from other people. It is suggested that up to 90% of candidates may be rejected at the first review of resumes, so candidates need to be aiming for the top 10% by getting their resumes in order. Regards, Nick
